- Italian Cooking class in Positano + Dinner
The cooking class takes place in the afternoon (15:00), it lasts about 3 hours + the time taken for the meal.
The minimum number of participants is 2, the maximum is 12.
Our menu usually includes:
– Pumpkin flowers in batter filled with Provolone del Monaco and ricotta
-ravioli stuffed with cheeses and ricotta in a rosé sauce
-tagliatelle with fresh cherry tomatoes
at guests’ choice
– fresh fish fillet with lemon or crazy water
– veal escalope with white wine, lemon or balsamic vinegar
– ugly but good (typical biscuits with chopped almonds and hazelnuts).
At the request of the guests at the time of booking it is possible to change the menu, for example if you want to prepare the eggplant parmigiana, the classic bolognese, lasagna etc.
The cost of the collective cooking class is € 150 p.p.,
while the private one has a cost of € 220 p.p ..
The cost of the cooking class includes all the drinks that guests will consume during the lesson and the meal (water, prosecco, wine, soft drinks, coffee and liqueurs).
Furthermore, for guests staying in Positano there is a free shuttle service that will pick them up and drop them off near their hotel.
What distinguishes our cooking classes is the active participation of our guests, they will in fact knead, cook, and serve everything on the menu.
